As a health coach, my goal is to help you to achieve the long-lasting results you want in nutrition and lifestyle wellness for LONG-TERM health. Together we will get you to where you want to be through tailored 1-on-1 coaching using lifestyle, nutrition, fitness and functional medicine lab testing (when needed or desired).

One-on-one Health Coaching

Tailored one-on-one health coaching with Laura to meet your own bio-individual needs, busy schedule and health goals for sustainable change. 

Follow Your Gut

A specialized program for those wanting to focus on gut health, healing their gut, removing inflammatory foods and introducing
ANTI-inflammatory options for long-term health and vitality. 

Quit Coach Program

A specialized 6 month program for cigarette smokers who are ready to quit and quit for good. Techniques and coaching used will offer support and strategic, simple and obtainable goals to quit smoking with ease and grace.

One-Time Health Huddle Session

Not ready to commit to a program but want to have a conversation and start somewhere! During this hour-long discussion, we will go over whatever areas of your life that are important to YOU and what YOU want to address with your health questions or concerns. This is perfect for those wanting to talk about their health goals and receive the personal attention and tips they deserve to get started!

Grocery Store Tour

Join me for a fun tour of your favorite grocery store. Learn to read labels, learn new healthy tips, introduce new ingredients, quick and healthy snack ideas and ways to make your existing shopping habits even healthier. Includes a whole foods grocery store shopping list and I'm here to answer your questions and provide grocery shoping and meal planning tips. 
**Must live within 30-miles of Raleigh, NC. For 1 - 4 people.

Grocery Store Tour + Pantry Make-over + Private cooking class

Our day will begin by learning more about your health goals and concerns so I can better understand where you are at on your health journey. We will take a look at your current pantry and refrigerator and see how we can update and give your pantry a nourished makeover to serve your health better. From there, we will visit your favorite grocery store where we will navigate, learn new healthy tips to make your existing shopping habits even healthier. We will end our grocery store tour by cooking a healthy and nourishing meal together based on your likes and interest and learn healthy kitchen techniques.  
**Must live within 30-miles of Raleigh, NC. For 1 - 4 people.
